Daisy Molina, MSN-Ed, RNC-LRN, CLC, CIME

Daisy Molina, MSN, RN is the Campus Director at the Teterboro Campus. Ms. Molina holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the College of Saint Elizabeth. Ms. Molina has been with Jersey College since 2008.For the past 27 years, she has worked as a registered nurse with a specialization in Maternal Child Health. She currently holds 4 national certifications, a Master’s Degree in nursing education from the College of Saint Elizabeth, and has began coursework towards her PhD in education. She feels extremely grateful to be in a profession where she gets the opportunity to view human growth and learning.



Rebecca Caven, MHA, MSN, RN

Rebecca Caven, MSN, RN is the Assistant Dean in the nursing programs at the Tampa Campus. Ms. Caven is also the Campus Director and an instructor for Sabal College. Ms. Caven holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining Jersey College, Ms. Caven worked in pediatric psychiatric care facilities.



Charles "Chuck" Harvey MSN, RN, CNOR

Professor Harvey is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served in Operation Desert Storm, with two deployments between 1990 and 1992. He has a total of twenty one years of nursing experience, with 14 in the operating room, three years medical surgical experience and three years of critical care experience in conjunction with 9 years of mentoring and classroom instruction.  His primary areas of nursing research includes surgical nursing, critical thinking and experiential learning. Approved applicant for NCLEX-RN question generation and review (2014-present) and the Certified Nurse Operating Room examination (2017). Professor Harvey has taught at several levels of education including state and private institutions and has conducted several advanced medical surgical classes at Jersey College in the past. He is familiar with ATI , HESi and Kaplan reviews and has developed many online tutorials for students over the years for NCLEX-RN preparation. 



Cynthia "Cindy" Short, CCRN, MSN

Mrs. Short is a registered nurse with certifications in critical care, transplant, cardiac medical/surgical nursing and education.  She began her career over 22 years ago as a new graduate in medical surgical nursing after working as a hospital volunteer each summer since the age of 13.  Since that time, she has worked as a certified transplant coordinator after 4 years  in the cardiac/surgical intensive care unit and moved into academic education in 2001 where she worked as course faculty as well as online (virtual) and review faculty for both ATI and Kaplan conducting online and live NCLEX review courses for years. She has experience writing NCLEX level questions for the National League of Nurse as well as ATI and her academic facilities.  Mrs. Short is currently the Associate Dean for Jersey College, Fort Lauderdale campus. 


Cliff Davis, MSN, RN

Cliff Davis, RN, MSN has 24 years of nursing background that started Navy Nurse Corps where he worked his way to being in zone for promotion to Lieutenant Commander. He has a profound amount of clinical experience that provides a unique framework upon which he teaches. Of his many specialties, some of the clinical areas include Emergency Room, Operating Room, Same Day Surgery, Radiology Clinic, GI Clinic, Orthopedics, & Pediatrics. He brings his diversified nursing & military background into the classroom to fortify the knowledge of the students, so they feel intimately familiar with the true discipline, insights,& expectations that will enhance their readiness to embark into nursing as a lifelong career. Mr. Davis is an instructor at the Jacksonville Campus.



John Silver, RN, Ph.D

John Silver RN Ph.D has been in healthcare for 43 years and a practicing RN since 1984, primarily in critical care. Dr. Silver received an MSN with a focus on health policy and ethics. In 2010, he earned the Public Intellectual Ph.Din Comparative Studies from Florida Atlantic University. In 2013, he published a book on political effectiveness entitled Just a Union…of Nurses, Legacy Press.  Dr. Silver shares "Though I taught at a major university for a decade, I wanted to work in a nursing program that was clearly focused on student success, worked hard to retain excellent faculty, and served, particularly, students who were striving to realize the American dream. I found this at Jersey College.”
