The Nurse Residency Track of the Professional Nursing program educates and prepares student for entry level registered nursing positions in a variety of health care settings. The Nurse Residency Track is an on-site hospital-based Registered Nursing program and now offers an Advanced Placement option for currently licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

The RN Program generic track starts from the beginning and works toward an Associate's Degree in Nursing. At Jersey College, you will build the skills and competencies necessary to apply for licensure as an RN, including classroom theory, challenging assignments, skill labs, and local clinical experiences.

The LPN to RN Bridge track helps advance the LPN's career by providing a seamless path to the RN license. Using our holistic approach, you'll gain experience in handling ethical, psycho-social, and legal concerns for patients as they pertain to the scope of practice for a registered nurse.
