Campus Life

We believe that nursing school can be an enjoyable part of your everyday life. We facilitate an atmosphere where students are dedicated to learning and growing and to becoming part of the greater nursing community.

Part of our commitment to our Fort Lauderdale campus student body is to make starting a nursing program fun and accessible. We offer all prospective students a comprehensive orientation that introduces you to the faculty, staff, and most importantly, the other students who'll be participating in the nursing program with you. You'll start your nursing program with a firm foundation and the ability to dive right in.

Academic Counseling

Academic counseling is an integral part of the educational process at Jersey College. Students will find our faculty and administrative staff happy to provide the needed support while courses are in session and afterwards to nursing students who seek assistance.

Library Resources

The Fort Lauderdale campus' full time librarian is happy to assist you in accessing the thousands of resource materials, study guides, and videos; 3,000 peer journals; 113,000 e-books; and 4 research data bases available to Jersey College students year round.

American Sentinel University is a leading online university accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education and Training Council, a recognized member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Grand Canyon University

As an accredited university, Grand Canyon University holds both college-specific and program-specific accreditations. The Higher Learning Commission and its predecessor have accredited Grand Canyon University continually since 1968, obtaining its most recent ten-year reaccreditation in 2007.
