Each campus will be awarding a total of $5,000 in scholarships to be distributed as follows: (i) $2,500 for first place, (ii) $1,500 for second place; and (iii) $1,000 for third place. To enter fill out the application below and answer the question: "What does Jersey College mean to you?" The essay should be between 500 and 1,000 words in length. The Essay must be typed, but don't worry too much about formatting --- the committees will be judging on content, not style.  The Essay should be in a Microsoft Word document (or a compatible program) or PDF.  The cover page for the application must include: the applicant’s name, address, telephone number, and campus (campus that individual is currently enrolled at and the campus that the applicant is applying for the Scholarship).

To be eligible for the Scholarships, applicants must be:

  • A legal U.S. citizen or resident, residing in a state in which the scholarship is not prohibited by law;
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the scholarship is awarded;
  • Enrolled as a student at Jersey College at the time of the applying and at the time the scholarship is awarded;
  • A student at the campus from which the applicant is seeking the scholarship; and
  • In good academic, financial and other standing with Jersey College.
